Easy win for iphone. With what Samsung is planning though, I’d like to see this comparison 5 years from now.

It’s rather contrasting though that MKBHD gives all of the credits to iphones but uses an s21 ultra

I personally think iOS is very good for the masses: a fair experience if you’re looking for something simple and straightforward. Android can be that as well, but the choices it offers (in both hardware and software customisation) may fit the general public but also tech savvy people.

4:40, I agree, but I hate how you have to be conscious of what brick you use.

For eco-cousciousness, two things come to mind:
– Right to Repair & other things that make old phones good.
– End of Life Recycling: Apple has that recycling plant in the Netherlands which should save a lot of energy since it’s much more energy intensive (and non-renewable material saving) to mine fresh rare earth minerals.

Most of these categories are won by iOS for the sole reason that the apps are optimized for them, there are only few iPhones and a lot of Android phones. If that wasn’t the case, it would be a draw all around, and I still think iPhones are overpriced to this day. There are many good alternatives to iPhones in the Android market, that meet just any need you want (from powerful phones for gaming, to good screens and refresh rate, to good camera).

But nevertheless, it all falls down to personal preference, nothing can beat that and there will never be no more people using iPhones or Android phones, which is a great thing because it guarantees competition, and that gives a better value for the customer.

Nothing against the both of you But i think marques opinions had a lot more preference for the scores not that hes biased but it would hav been a fair comparison if u would also have given your preference like mkbhd telling photos is better on iphone😬(which i was surprised) where in even ur test we saw which won and also display, eco,multitasking which is a lifesaver, and lockscreen better when did not even mention the home screen etc

I just switched to iPhone after using two Android phones for the past five years. I had an iPod before that so I got experience iOS to a degree as well.

There are things I really like about android phones and there are things I really like about the iPhone. At this point, whatever you pick is personal preference as I don’t see one as being far superior to the other.

Yes, app experience and iMessage are certainly better on iPhone. The setup process was so smooth and the quality of life features are very nice.

Android has more flexibility and bleeding edge tech that make it really fun for people like me to experience. Also I really enjoy Google Assistant. That is so nice compared to Siri.

For now I’m sticking with iPhone but I imagine I’ll go back to Android in the future. Keep things fun!

Apple is a perfect garden, but you can’t go beyond the walls. Android is an endless field, but you’re bound to find some weeds along the way.

Few categories here are just unfair. Example ecocycling or whatever it is. Other day, Mrwhosetheboss video says best eco phone goes to an Andriod company. So in that case winner would be Andriod right. So here we are comparing one comapny Apple with multiple companies at once, which is unfair

When it comes to tech, I feel it’s best not to go all in on one ecosystem because you could be missing out on other benefits that may be taking place elsewhere on another OS.
