They can offer the cheap prices since it is probably from China where they have better access to suppliers just by like being in the same area whilst also probably benefiting from economies of scale, bulk buying power for the raw materials , adopting lean production processes to improve financial efficiency and relatively low labour costs. All of which allow them to offer their goods at a low cost
