So the 67 W charger does not charge the laptop with MagSafe?

I don’t get that ungodly notch. My iPad Pro has all the Face ID sensors and a 12mpx lens. The bezel isn’t THAT much thicker than this MacBook Air. Definitely thinner than at the notch point. And all this thing has is a 1080p camera. Surely they didn’t need that bulking notch there. I don’t know why people are Ok with these sacrifices that don’t really bring that much in compensation. The Face ID tech justifies it on a phone, and I don’t like the crease, but I think for the flip Z form factor it kinda justifies that sacrifice. I don’t get it here in either MacBooks. Why is a uniform screen so not important?

I kinda love the wedge shape because it denotes ‘mobility’ as Air is meant to be ‘mobile laptop’. I just wished the design changes only touch the bezels, ports/magsafe and base storage.

Another great well-balanced review! Nice to hear that throttling is really over-blown. I truly like the size, weight and other improvements on this new Air. Just picked mine up and it is significantly lighter and easier to hold than my M1 Pro 13″.
