354 Nits isn’t an improvement. Apple updated 2018 Macbooks one month after release to increase brightness.(After reviews were done presumably to make battery life look better.)

I was actually on the market to buy ultrabook and was considering getting either MBA, new XPS13 or Razer Stealth. This new release tilted the me toward to MBA as I always wanted to try macbook and I will need to retain my PC desktop machine anyway. That laptop might take over my ipad as travel companion and in bed youtube/card game machine.

Can you perhaps do a smackdown of MBA and new XPS13 (chin-less)? and maybe throw the Razer into the pot?
