Would you recommend the upgrade to i5 processor and 16gb RAM for light photoshop use and occasional internet usage? I just want a portable computer option to use when I’m in the go. My main device is a 2017 iMac which is what I will continue to use as my main computer.

Would you recommend this to a full-time photographer that dabbles in casual video editing? I currently edit videos on my iPad Pro on lumafusion so it’s nothing too involved…yet. I was thinking of purchasing the Air with i5 and 512 GB. Would 16GB memory be advisable?

I like her, she is right it’s not a gaming laptop, it is not a pro video editing laptop, the other YouTube try to compare this small laptop sometime that most of us are not going to use it for… over all this is an okay Apple laptop 👨🏻‍💻

Just got mine today! I got the base model, still a much worthwhile upgrade from my grandmother Mid-2011 MacBook Air, this new 2020 model feels like a happy medium between the 13 inch MacBook Pro and the classic well-loved MacBook Air, good times as Lisa says!

I love my Macbook Air so far. I have had it 3 weeks and have been using it for more than normal since I am working from home. Normally, I wouldn’t webex or do microsoft teams and it has worked flawlessly on this and really that is the only time fans kick on. Web browsing, email and word processing it has been buttery smooth.

Which combo would do better for normal but long term use? (Considering being a better price-performance product)
A macbook air 2020 with;

A) An ı3 with 8gb ram 512 ssd
B) An i3 with 16gb ram 256 ssd
C) An i5 with 8gb ram 512 ssd
D) An i5 with 16gb ram 256 ssd

Lisa I’ve been watching your reviews for year. I value the insight you give on your reviews and you seem to try and cover the points that regular users would value. In my opinion you’re probably the best reviewer on YouTube. Great review like always.
