Do RX cards work on bootcamp?
You start off in your tutorial by mentioning Mac DOES NOT Support EGPU on Windows Bootcamp.. then you go into setting up, and making it work, completely ignoring the biggest issue here… how do you make the Windows Bootcamp recognize the EGPU?
Air’s dual core is bottlenecking GPU heavily i guess.
I’d rather call that monitor a ultra-wide 4K monitor
If they fixed their keyboards I would definitely buy a good specced Macbook Air. I really like Mac OS for just doing the basics and a bit more, but I also want to play games. The eGPU and Bootcamp could definitely satisfy my needs.
Trying to get this work work on my Radeon VII but am getting an error 31. Anyone have any ideas? It tried getting the latest Radeon VII driver from amd but it’s saying I don’t have any amd gpus installed. #frustrated
hi! got a question: can the AMD egpu run on bootcamp? like rx 580?
Why get a mac if you run windows?
Would this work with a 2017 macbook air with a usb to usb-C female converter ?
Can this work with thunderbolt 2? I know it’s not officially supported but it seems possible from what i’ve read.
Saves your 7 minutes In life.
Just get games that are I7 or I5 depending on what core you got.
I can’t download the driver
lmao why would u use a mac for gaming wtf
What about cooling ??
Can I use the eGPU only for MacBook (without connection external Monitor)?
THIS IS F***ING AWESOME!!!
Could you game like this without the external display?
I was expecting tests on macos, there are games for it too
Stadia
Can you connect the storage straight to the egpu?
