great vide as always Aaron, and u know that when some1 who never had an Apple product is subed and watches every video haha, ya well i just got if u recall and old 2010 Macbook.. but ya .. so the way i understand Google is kinda trolling Apple with Chrome? hah .. i can only use Chrome on my Mac cause have Lion OS on it still, and Safari and Firefox wont load Youtube till i update them and i cant update them till i update the OS, i cant even install Opera lol … anyhow ya, my batter drains fast as soon as im connected to internet, now i dunno if its cause of Chrome or the internet, if its normal or not …

Hi Aaron. Would this model be ok to use for Xcode? Or shall I spend the extra $100 for the MBP which has more horsepower? I do like the portability and TouchID of this new MBA.

Wow I am sure it is nice I had an MBA 11″, but at $1400usd it is double what my Asus Vivobook cost with the same 8GB ram, 256GB ssd, i7, and 14″ IPS display. For me I can’t justify $700 for a nicer build and OSX anymore.

Just ordered the air with 16 gigs of ram.. pretty confident it should handle my school work and some light video editing for some years to come.. if not i may but a egpu. great vid and review.

The MacBook Air is a very solid machine. I would rather spend few extra hundred on a MacBook than the new iPad Pro.

I detest the iphone line up, but im going to get the macbook, im just tired of buying laptop every now n then.. They just dont last long, just confuse if im going to get the new macbook air for its portability and of corz the hype or the macbook pro for power when im just an average consumer, doing research papers and presentations.

Lol, how did u get such low bench marks ? The average reviews of the MacBook Air has a 4300 for single and 7800 for multi. Jesus, if it had 2800 and 6000 benchmarks, it would be a trash for sure .
