I love you reviews
apple is amazing. periodt. PERIODT. just got this new air and amazing periodt. better than windows
Excellent review as always
I left Apple for Windows. I have a Thinkpad. I love my Thinkpad. Great value and quality and it works really well. Apple is no longer special, PCs have come a long way, and you get more bang for your buck.
Outgoing MacBook Air ? Wrong Apple are still producing it Lisa
I no longer love Apple as I used to. I wish Steve Job would be alive in order to keep the price of the Air down. He was actually a generous inventor.
Who actually pays full price for any Apple product? You can get this for less than 1099 in a lot of places. I also think people are being unrealistic. A new screen, keyboard, chassis, finger print scanner and all new internals and you expected Apple to sell it for $999? In what world would you get all those upgrades and the same price point? I think Apple made the mistake of making the Air the “affordable” laptop. It should have been their aspirational device that trickled down features to other lineups. When it came out it was $1899. The non touch Pro and Macbook should have been marked down and handled the lower pricing tiers. I would have loved to see an Air with no bezels and future tech that first gen adopters would pay for that I would see in the other products years down the line. The big a$$ trackpads on these things are just begging for pen support. I just don’t think there’s a place for this Air because Apple has it covered and that’s where the problem with this product lies.
New one has the crap keyboard and less ports. I’ll stick to the old version 🙂
Great review Lisa. (as always) Thanks!
It’s good to see the Macbook Air is finally a competitor to my used 2012 Dell e6330 (geekbench of 7500 for multicore).
I have this laptop. If you are thinking about investing in it, there’s no need to hesitate. It really is amazing – and the keyboard is great! When I was in the Apple Store the dude selling it to me actually warned me about the IO haha It’s not been a problem so far though
You’re awesome thanks
Wow! Fantastic in depth review. Many thanks. I will be buying one of these two years from now on Ebay.
typing? on a macbook? sounds fake but ok
The chip seems underpowered for the price.
Apple needs to do a better job when it comes to offering different options.
The new MacBook Air should replace the 13” MacBook Pro and get its same specs
MacBook 12” Retina should be targeted to students with a lower price tag when paired with a low powered M series processor.
The MacBook Pro should only be offered with the 15” screen and of course higher end specs.
THANK YOU for being fair! I am NOT an Apple fan (thank you, Louis Rossman, LMAO), BUT I still felt you were fair with the pros and cons in this video. Awesome job!
Your reviews are always great! Thanks and keep up the good work 🙂

Hi Lisa. It’s always a pleasure to watch your videos. Keep it up!! I was wondering if you had to choose between Apple Air 2018 and Dell XPS 13″ 2018, what would you chose in terms of best final user experience? Thank u!
