I just brought a 2017 2tb 16gb i7, 3.0 processor for DJ’n only $900. One of the speakers was acting up so I sent it in for repair and I ask the company if I could trade up to a 2019 or 2020. Is there a difference?

I recently got this MacBook but with the very slightly better dual core i7 and 16gb of ram for $350 and was able to get a 10% partial refund from where i bought it because of the battery was soooo bad and was able to use that money to install a new $50 battery from amazon and it works perfectly for school

For me, this was the best investment ever made and is still running strong. Just changed the battery last week, otherwise all is well.

I owned one of these from 2018 all the way up until April this year. Sold it for $450, and just found an M1 MacBook Pro for $600. Total no-brainer to spend $150 and upgrade. It’s time to move on from these things.

It is slow, just downgrade to Mac Mojave. It run smoothly and not warm up the engine 😅😊

The dual core models suck, but the core i7 models with Radeon gpus are actually good I’m thinking of buying one for like 430 dollars
