The gt 750m is a rebranded gt 650m, which is a GPU from 3 generations ago. The current gen AMD M370X barely being faster is a hilarious failure. If apple went with a GTX 950m then it would be worth the price.

I was having trouble deciding between the base model 15 inch MacBook Pro, and the Dell XPS 15. I finally made up my mind to get the MacBook, and now they have shown the new Dell XPS 15, which looks great. I’m going to use it for college (IT & software engineering), which is why I think I need the quad core processor. What would you do?

Another good review. There’s these things you think of like fragility that other reviewers just don’t pick up. It’s these things everyone will notice but only once they’ve worked with it for a while. Great!

Apple must have a spell on people to be able to throw out ridiculous numbers and still get people to buy. Microsoft really gets the crappy end of the stick and that’s to bad because the surface is a really good device.

Great machine, love the 16:10 15″…. But the base price just went up in Canada from $2k to $2500, which is really steep. Can’t justify that kind of money unless you genuinely need it.

It’s a shame they don’t make a cheaper 15″ model.
