Even with 0% interest, it benefits Best Buy.

People who may not have bought a $1,000 laptop or delayed the purchase of one will more likely get it now. And Best Buy still makes the $1,000 sale but delayed over 36 months.

8:30 altruistic? Are you joking? You pay for the cost of the laptop over 3 years and then have to pay almost 30% value as residual, that’s a normal lease. Arguably it’s a good deal, but there’s nothing altruistic about it, BB is making plenty of profit–don’t worry.

Even when someone chooses to make the final payment BestBuy will still make money. It’s a retail business and for $1k MacBook they pay Apple like $900 (if not less) in wholesale. They are in business in selling as many laptops as possible, and it doesn’t really matter whether they make their profit margin immediately or after a while because it was sold through financing.

all scams!! M1 mac stop supporting sideload iOS apps (as they advertised in 2020) best(worst) buy never sell good stuff. Most of their laptops are 8GB ram. come on! its 2022. Amazon has lot more choices.
