13INCH MODEL REVIEW PLEASE!
Too pricey to open up the back panel?
Just bought a 2016 15″ from the store today, should I return it and wait until the 2017 hits the shelves? or is it not really worth it
Hey Lisa, do you plan on reviewing the Eve V?
did you say here in japan? YOU’RE IN JAPAN LISA?
Stop whining.
Thank you for the informative and easy to follow review! You do great work Lisa! Cheers 🙂
Love your shirt
Love your review Lisa. Just out of curiosity did you run a battery test when running bootcamp?
I’m watching this on my 2016 15″ MacBook Pro and I love it!!. I do not regret buying it.
Any chance for a Kaby Lake X1 Yoga QHD vs Kaby Lake MBP 13?
Given the recent release of some very compelling Windows 2-in-1 laptops such as the HP Spectre x360 and the Lenovo Yoga 720, Apple should really consider making the next MacBook Pro a 2-in-1 laptop. I can’t really see why someone who’s seriously into design or video editing would be content with a plain vanilla laptop such as the current MacBook Pro, which on top of that costs $1000 more, when they can get all this added versatility on the Windows side of the laptop market. The MacBook Pro’s touch bar is a pretty lame feature when compared to a 4k touch screen with a digital pen for writing and drawing.
Love your stuff!!!
Why is apple so scared of USB ports, proper cooling, and a touch screen display?
The MacBook Pro 15′ is still much too expensive for what it offers. I will not be buying one.
Lisa in real life use DDR4 is not significantly faster than DDR3. It depends on the processor and laptops wont be able to pack a processor capable of taking advantage of the true power DDR4 can handle at with multicore CPUs. PC vendors are just doing what Android manufactures do sell hardware to buyers based on specs because MORE!!!! is better when its not always the case.If specs always meant faster than the majority of creators wouldn’t use Final cut on supposedly slower Mac hardware vs faster PC hardware using Premier with higher specs.
What would your recommend a macbook or xps 15. I will planning on them lasting for 3 years. And which model. 2,400$ and below. Thanks!
Lisa please review the 13″ model. I want to use it for photo editing with Capture One Pro 10. I just need to know what will work and what my options are.
Pi tshirt
go for maxed out 2015 15″ MBP … and upgrade when TB3.0 accessories are everywhere ….
