$300 for that dongle ?? after spending $3000 – SMH
Nice mouse pad you have there lisa 😉
Love your shirt, Lisa! I never made that connection until now…
Luv your reviews and info so informative, and explained in a easy to understand way x
So the main difference is that it has Kaby lake which isn’t really that much better than sky lake.
For what it’s worth, the ThinkPad P71 is by far a superior deal.
sassy mama
cant wait for the surface laptop macbook pro smackdown!
13″ less touchbar. Please & Thank You
The MacBook looks really bad. Terrible machine.
Hello from Brazil. =)
Yes, if you’re outside the US the prices get crazy high. That’s why I’m sticking with my Early 2015, full-spec Macbook Pro. And thank God I was able to buy it when I lived up there.
Awesome reviews, Lisa! Been a subscriber for over a year now and you’ve yet to make a single bad video!
In Australia the 15-Inch came down around $100AUD but still expensive at $3499 and $4099.
Love your shirt!
Apple sucks as usual… Applesheeps…!
Much to do about nothing. And the macbook air “upgrade” was even worse. 200mhz boost? And still the same TN panel? Why does Apple continuously give me reasons to hate them?
I currently have a 2015 rMBP and have been trying to find reviews about this. I just watched your review on the 2016 version last night to kind of get an idea but now you’ve posted this! Many thanks for getting this up so quickly!
Yoga 720 or Spectre x360 (15″ers most likely) ??
I’ve heard many reliability issues with the HP, and it costs more and is less powerful… BUT the battery life is around double and the design is more sleek.
Can’t decide on the size even since the price, battery, and performance all change with it. I don’t really need the performance though so I’d rather have battery. But my biggest concern is the reliability issues with the x360.
Dell is much much much worth the money!
Is the keyboard less noisy?
Great review (from an ex Canuck); I prefer better hardware an the PC environment for less, although you do get some excellent software when buy this device. Personally I would get a high end Dell or Levovo instead of this one (for less money). I recently bought an HP Envy x360 13 with the QHS+ touch display with a terabyte SD card and am happy with it (I use it once every few weeks). Personally I think that Apple is premium pricing but not delivering the premium product. This is for someone who lives in the Mac OS world and needs to buy an apple product.
