Used this laptop for a week. Keyboard is very uncomfortable and touchbar gets very hot when doing performance intensive tasks. Also performance lacks sometimes due to the 4K screen. My 2013 MacBook feel faster.

I recently upgraded from the 13″ 2017 MacBook pro with TouchBar to the high end quad core 15″ 2017, and for some reason i think the 13″ display was way brighter than the 15″. Maybe i’m wrong but it seems that way to me.

I will wait another year so they can fix the bugs. They should reverse the mouse pad, f keys ,also apple light pls and fix the to new battery and 32 mem pls. They changed the kb this year.

The iMac seems to give much more good stuff for the price, but I guess with the MacBook Pro you pay for portability. Would love a comparison of MacBook Pro with iMac if you can! Thanks again Lisa 😁

Great review Lisa as always. I never hear mention that Lenovo introduced the touch bar on their Thinkpad X1 carbon a couple of years ago. But I don’t see it any longer. Do you know why Lenovo discontinued it? Maybe it wasn’t as useful as Apple’s but I don’t know.

The problem of competition between Apple & Samsung or PC computer companies are making their products thinner and thinner and increasing more power to their thinner smaller batteries can cause fire at any moment. Apple can’t make a long last smaller thinner battery for 4k screen for 4k MacBook Pro because Apple want to make it very thin & removing more ports out for making smaller size laptop. 4k screen computer consumes a lot of power. 😎 😎
