I’m most likely getting this laptop after I get rid of my old Dell Inspiron. One question. Is the Macbook Air durable?? As in can it get a little banged around and bumped in my backpack??
Good review man, subscribed!
PLEASE RESPOND! Is there a USB 2.0 to SD Card Slot cables out there? Or and Thunderbolt to SD Card Slots?
@itsnickyeah yup, they have sd card readers that plug into usb ports 🙂
would anyone recommend this for a collage student ?
@HamoodQ8yTube It is great for college if you travel on a bike a lot and if your O.K. with the small screen.
Can the base model run The Sims 3?
I am a 14 year old lad, who needs a new laptop to just surf the web, go on Facebook and YouTube, and also to do homework on programmes like Microsoft word. In your opinion, would you recommend this for me? Also, do you think 11.6 inches is too small?

can i add more storage and ram on this macbook air 2011 11 inch?
@jesmas92 thanks buddy 🙂 @shojaeli8 I’ll have a look at them now pal 🙂
I am not at all tech savvy. But I am looking getting our family’s first Mac for my husband for Christmas. He currently plays some games that he owns on disc. Can he play these on this?
@hunsakermountain the Air doesn’t have a disc drive, though you can buy one separately.
@hunsakermountain if it’s going to be your first Mac, I would suggest the MacBook Pro, given that you need a laptop. The Air is great, but it’s main advantages over the Pro are it’s size and weight. If you’re going to carry it around a lot, or travel, it’s the right choice. But if you are mainly going to keep it in the house, the Pro is the way to go in my opinion.
