I still can’t believe how incredibly underrated Hunter x Hunter still is. In my opinion it belongs to the top 5 best shounen Anime series of all time. But to be fair, it took me a while to actually start watching this Anime (despite my friends recommending me to watch this series for years).
I think the initial “selling point” is not very present in HxH. Naruto has cool ninjas, One piece has cool pirates, Dragon ball has powerlevel 9000, but HxH… was always a big mystery to me.
Until now.
And after watching all the 148 episodes I felt like I have witnessed something incredible. Hunter X Hunter is just so different in storytelling, so unexpectedly dramatic, and the way the characters behave are so intriguing, I feel like HxH is in almost an different league than the other Shounen series.
Anyway, I am fanboying a little bit too much here but – thank you everyone for listening to my piano arrangement!
I’ll work on my next piece now.

Animenz did you just recently finish the series?! I was so glad and surprised to see a HxH song so long after the anime aired!

I have to ask, do you plan on arranging any other songs from the OST?
