I’m not a big anime fan but I’ve watched a couple and I swear all their opening and ending music just hit so different. Haha good job, I enjoyed this ❤️

After done watching HxH and leaving it for a while then meeting other animes and then finally finding this masterpiece, I’d say I frickin miss and love HxH. I love the nostalgia it gave to me so much, I just really hope they’ll continue it

In terms of anime, Hunter x Hunter is really great, like in my top 5, but in terms of opening, it is, especially with ‘Departure’ , my favourite from FAAAAAAAAAR away of the others

Personally, I think that the fact that they never changed the opening is why it hits so well when the 2011 anime actually ended
For the longest time we saw it as the brilliant HxH opening
Then once we get past the finale, it just feels like a completely different song, much more meaningful, fills me with hope for my future

I just finished this show yesterday … yeah, this anime hurts me, one of the best shonen, and openings of this anime are all great but Departure! Is my favorite one

I am binge watching this show and it’s almost upsetting because I need to take more time to fully grasp how great of a series it truly is. I read your description and comment and I felt the exact same. I always passed over hxh for years, but I am very happy I finally started to watch it and now I can’t stop! This intro is so good too, I haven’t skipped over it yet. Amazing job on this video, I’ve been learning piano and this is truly inspiring.
