I am starting to get into making electronic music and studio-producing stuff, and I’m really conflicted on which pair of headphones to buy, and I am just wondering, even though the M40X’s are $30 more than the M30X’s is it worth it? Also, how long do these headphones last, I am not a completely reckless person, but I had a pair of OneOdio headphones for a year and they are now kind of broken, duck-taped up, and really not in a great condition. I am just looking for a great pair of studio headphones that can give me what I need without sacrificing quality, performance, or the money in my walet. I’d appreciate any advice 🙂

After a month of buying the Oneodio based from your 50$ price range headphones, I bought the Audio Technica ATH-M40X based on your video “Best Headphones Under 100$ (2020)” and this video. The sound was drastically better on highs, mids and bass became more neutral, also the sound stage became better compared to Oneodio. Really your reviews really help me well in my purchase decisions 😃😃😃

i had the m40xs for a year now, they are one of my first monitor headphones that i owned, and they get better over time. also becareful with these headphone, i hear they are known to snap from rotating them around alot, mine havent for a year of use, but other than that the sound quality is amazing.

I have a pair of M40X that is still being delivered by a courier (because I just moved from Europe back to Asia and it could take up to 8-10 weeks to arrive here), and I’m considering an M20X as a backup in case the delivery takes longer than expected…

Do they become less comfortable while pressing on a pair of glasses? I ask because i had many headphones and majority of them were ok until i put on glasses, in this case they hurt really badly after even 30 min.

My man u are so underrated! Your videos just cover up all the necessary pointers needed to be known by users. Just 1 single tip, instead of naming the last part Outro, name it ‘Final Thoughts’ or ‘So which is the best?’ This way we can easily know that which is perfect for us and etc ( u know what i mean bro✌️😁).
