You also need to put battery life into consideration, you don’t know what the used AirPods have been through or why the person is selling them in the first place. They could be damaged in some way but you might not know that if you never had a pair before. Overall it’s just risky

The biggest issue with AirPods is their non-replaceable battery, any money you’re “saving” is basically you trading a lesser cost for shit batteries that’s probably on the verge of dying anyways . PRG you make a lot of quality content, I expected better than giving your viewers such terrible advice.

Before selling my 1st gen ones when I got the 2nd gen ones, I cleaned the ear tips with isopropyl to make them perfectly clean again. I didn’t with the actual AirPod as doing so can degrade the water resistance adhesive
