personal preference, apple earbuds shape is the most comfortable shape for longtime users，I have many expensive Hifi earbuds, but I will only use apple’s for over 5 hour

why is the quality so bad. I think you should put equal (sort of) effort on both fronts in terms of quality. I mean if I saw this before your actual content, I probably wouldn’t check out your channel

I’ve completely given up on Razer for absolutely everything.

Just bad and cheap materials almost always and the best thing about any of their products is the software side of things, which is also bare bones and gamer-y.
I had a single Kraken X Lite and the headband broke in 2 places after a couple of months, the plastic literally implodes and doesn’t take any amount of flex well. Everything else I’ve deduced from a friend who’s full of Razer products.
