In all honesty I owned the Q35’s and the customer service from Bose was horrendous. The earpads broke and the headphons generally just fell apart. Never buying Bose headphones again.

I’m anxious to give these a try, I have both the QC35ii and the Sony XM3’s, as well as Bowers & Wilkins PX, which I don’t think get enough credit. I’m curious to see where the Bose 700’s will slot in my collection.

Bose makes good hardware but their software is horrible. I never had software from Bose working as expected, that is especially true for their desktop application for the SoundLink speakers.

This video came right on time. I just returned some budget TaoTronics headphones for the newer Cowin E7 Pros and I’ve been looking for a good pair of noise cancelling headphones since I travel for work constantly. The Cowins were better but neither of them compare to the Bose or the Sony’s. So many headphones, so many choices….Thanks Mr Mobile! 👍🏼

Better on Mic side, but sound and nac i like more on my “old” Xm3..Did wait for “wow” feeling good, but nothing like that. So if you looking for anc, get SOny this days and for less price at this point. 🙂

I tested these, but I just can’t do closed back headphones. I get it, you may need closed back when in a crowd etc, but the sound is always way too compromised for me verses open back. I tested these headphones, and while the sound wasn’t terrible, it was narrow and compressed. It felt claustrophobic and pressurised to the point where it felt uncomfortable ( not the headphone, but the sound). I’m sure they are great for some people on the move, but they are not for me.
