Sony is great. But one can only own so many headphones. I am sticking with my Beats Studios for now. Till the XM7 arrives… I shall say I’ll give this a pass

Hi, love the video! I got the XM4 when it just came out and I’m loving it. However, I have a minor complaint – the headband makes a creaking sound when I put it on or take it off. I’ve contacted Sony’s support and visited their service center but they inform me that it’s normal and that I shouldn’t be concerned. Just wanted to see if anyone experienced anything similar to your XM3/XM4 headphones. Thanks!

Hey, guys I really have a serious question about these headphones. I had them for 2 weeks, and I was so excited to use them. However, when I started using them I noticed that my ears are getting hurt, and I started to feel some pain from my ears, and I didn’t have this problem before these headphones. So does anyone faced the same kind of problem or it just happened with me, and does anyone recommend me to contact the seller or what should I do because I have spent a lot of money on it and now I can’t use it. so please heeelp me!!!

Bought the M3 this year. Incredible. Will wait for the 5 to see if I will make the jump. The 4 makes sense for somebody who doesn’t have the 3.
