Hmmmm, almost £3000 for the top spec, which is 50% more than the equivalent Dell XPS15.

Sadly they don’t sell surface book in India and even if they will, it will be a full import incurring 20% custom duty Increasing the price waaay too much. So keeping my iPad pro 12.9 for now

Great review as usual! I do agree with Dave that you should be sure to have usage of the 2-in-1 design. If you do, you just have one device and not two to administer and stuff. That is really cool! I’ll get a SB3 for sure!

+1 for removing the touch controls on the Surface Headphones, have they fixed the issue where your headphones randomly stop because the sensor thinks that you’ve taken them off?

disappointed that neither apple nor Microsoft do some normal 2-1 with a simple hinge that doesn’t allow you to detach the display and eliminate the performance bottleneck of the nature of all surface devices. Its as simple as having a 2-1 version of the surface laptop without a detachable screen

people like the surface connect?!?! Who are you talking to dave?!?! It breaks every 6 months and its huge taking up a big amount of space in the side of the device that could be used for other ports

I honestly wouldn’t mind if they bumped up the surface books by an inch to get more power out of them.
It’s not like they were the thinnest & lightest anyway, pull an Apple & im sure most in the industry will appreciate the extra thickness for more power
