at 5:55 he closes the laptop and a LOT of people have complained that this exact procedure (closing it a little fast, which is pretty standard for other laptops) has a high probability of causing dents in the upper part of the display. The surface book has no rubber or anything to soften the force and the force is not evenly distributed along the tablet because of the unique 2-in-1 hinge/laptop design. It appears they haven’t addressed this crucial issue at all??? It is the worst thing I have read about the book 1 and 2.

Yes grey looks better for sure! Matte black is nice but I think they just look like regular old black bulky headphones
