Hey thanks for the feed back but I have an issues on mine so just got them couple of days ago and every thing is great except one thing they just disconnect out of the blues every few hours so I have to turn them back on again not sure why

Multi-device is cool but if I have it connected to my pc & my phone; whenever I get a notification, it pauses the sound in my game for a few seconds. That sucks. It would be better to have 2 devices paired and be able to switch between the two by the press of a button (NC/AMB 2x/3x button). Also, I noticed that sometimes if I move one ear cuff to my cheek to talk to someone or hear something, after a minute it shuts off my headset and music starts playing through my phone speakers. So I turned off all the extra features (Auto AMB, Auto shut off, etc). Otherwise, they are the best headphones out rite now. IMO.

So is your ANC comparison the M5 vs M4 or is it M5 vs everybody else (namely Bose/Apple).

Some says that they have problem with the mic on Microsoft Teams. Do you have any info on that ? I would like to buy them to enjoy music and to work with. I have meeting calls everyday and I’m not sure that XM5 deliver for work environment.

What do you think?

My first headphone, I’m a Hi-Res enthusiast and I love the sound quality, just the ear cups make my ears pain…And I want to say wired is worse than Bluetooth as I tested with SONY XPERIA 1 II.

Got xm5 not long time ago and….almost no difference between anc ON and OFF, mostly block sounds like “airplane noise” or some distant noises made by engines, but that’s it. Dog’s barking is exactly the same, no difference.

I had the MX4, but could never get the multi-connection to work properly. Many people had the same issue. It was a deal breaker for me, and I switch to Microsoft Surface headphones. They work perfectly between teams call and phone calls.

Has this been resolved with the MX5? Have you throughly tested this?

I loved the MX4, so would really like to switch back to Sony.

I tried them in the store along with 700s and I found the fit better with the 700. I guess it all depends on the size of the head. If you have a smaller head, I think 700 is better.

Why the quality of sound changes if I am using the jack? Cant use noise cancelling as well if im using the wire. Is it normal?
