Sound is actually a priority it’s a device made for that lol. 😂 However, I still bought the bose 700s. The Sony I can’t wear them out, they look dumb.

Watching this, while wearing my 700’s 🤡 tbh I don’t really care. I got the silver color and I think they’re way better looking than the XM4s. And in terms of noise cancellation, I tried them both and I still think that the 700’s are better

He is the first reviewer who said Sony is not the king of anc, and has a better sound profile compared to Bose
Sony headphones amplify the base exponentially(but that can be easily corrected with the equaliser)
Sony headphones have the best and IMO- the stone dead silence, upon wearing them, and they remain consistent irrespective or the environment

The XM4s still have the hand over ear cup disabling function for noise cancellation accdg to Marques Brownlee as well as speak to chat option. For those who like being outdoors the Bose 700s are also IPX4 splash/water resistant, i think that’s one edge that’s often forgotten when reviewing the Bose 700s, it’s still a shame they don’t fold though, and that the Bose app disconnects often accdg to another reviewer. These days your soft tech needs to match up to your hard tech.

Very biased and did you tweak the EQ before testing sound as the Bose has alot more potential that way.

very important information that has not been said is that the Bose 700 are much quieter than the Sony XM4 I just returned to the Bose 700 store because of the quietness I have XM4 and it is much better

Amazing review. I am stuck between the two..the legacy of bose against this Sony headphone which scores over bose 700..oh my god..what do I do ?

I tried the Bose but they gripped my head like a vice. After 30 mins, my ears were screaming for freedom. The ANC and sound were stellar, but I had to return them due to the comfort issue.
