Boy let me tell you! Take it from someone who based their earlier years on instincts and everything flowed. I always believed in flowing with my instincts but some time ago that changed and started pushing for things and since then nothing has flowed properly. It takes a lot of courage.

Problem is people do not know how to separate feelings from instinct. They confuse the two. Feelings show up first and you can hear and feel them in large crowds. Instinct is much different. Go be alone and quiet and that is when you can hear your instinct.

I wish I could trust my instincts I can’t anymore I was really really wrong about someone that was lied to for a couple years. I would have never thought he would have done that so now I think everybody’s liars and my instincts are so off

I have been watching you for like two months now. Everything you say is some thing that I need to hear I am afraid to change. I am afraid to go after what I want because I will be different for my family. Why do I make it so hard for myself? All I need to do is go to after the kind of life that I really want and I constantly doubt myself. Fear. I don’t understand.
