The thoughtfulness of everything from the headset adjustments to the box being able to be used as a storage box makes me happy. I know the launch isn’t as big as Sony probably wanted it to be. (Preorder still isn’t sold out yet) But I know people will come around once it starts getting into peoples hands and reviews start coming out. Hopefully PC support will be in the works in the future. They could make it where you could only activate on PC if you have a PS5. Kinda like how they are able to track activated consoles. I’d even buy an unlock key. What do you think?
it’s lock behind playstation store, when it’s coming to retailers??
Xmas is in the end of every sentence, Japanese like holidays very much
I will absolutely not be trying this at home, it’s so complex!
my biggest issue with the psvr1 was the lenses getting foggy, i really hope psvr2 doesnt suffer from this
Question: Are these infrared LED lights that hit your eyes safe? Do we know the intensity? Also, if these infrared lights are passing through my glasses lenses, for instance, are they still going to be at a safe level?
I am completely awestruck. It’s amazing to me that people can design and engineer things this perfectly!
The oled (?) display panel appears for a brief second, would be interesting to see this part 🙂 so each eye has its own display this time? Didn’t the psvr1 have one display used for both eyes?
2:39 He really is right about beauty inside and out, I love just looking at it. Remarkable.
It really just hit me how much it looks like the visor in Ghost in The Shell.
Gracias japones genio! 🙌🏻🙏🏻
Un jeu d enfant 😱😱😱😱
Please allow me to use this art piece on PC as well. I don’t want to use any other headset.
I hope the show the opposite, I’d love to see how it’s manufactured.
The main cable looks like it could be replaced, easily enough, if needed. It just connects to the rest of the system internally with, it looks like, a USB-C connector. So thoughtfully engineered all the way through.
Publish projects of these yellowish holders on printables for 3d printing.
$550 for that is an absolute bargain!
everyone seems to impressed by the engineering behind the hardware, and rightfully so, but don’t forget the software programmed to make all these components talk to each other and actually make it work is just as impressive!
Respect to Japanese engineers!
Looks difficult to build . Thx for showing. Wath is in vr2 inside . Thx to all people that building vr2 for customer.
