Hello there! I have a Logitech Headset H390 (which is same as yours) that I have been using since October 2020. However, I suddenly observed that maybe my headset has a problem nowadays because the sound suddenly turns off just like when I am watching a YouTube video. When the sound turns off, it means that the Logitech headset has been disconnected to my computer. Also, when the headset gets disconnected, the red light (found in the volume adjustment buttons) would turn off as well. Is it because of the headset’s wire damaged after months of using it?
