i realy hope you are gonna make a main channel video about those bcs. alough i love most of your videos, i think in this one you didn’t give the headphones the justice they deserved. As a owner of Wh-1000XM4s who wears them a couple of hours every day, im seriosly concidering buying this headphones, so I am interested in a real review. Many things didn’t work bcause linus didn’t use the functions as he is supposed to be. for exaple:
-quick transperency is holding the hand around the earcup with the touchpad (the right one, literally tuching it with the majority of the hand) and not holding it besides it
-you can ajust the time to resume from speak to chat in the app so it doen’t take that long
-to pause you need to double tap on the touchpad not holing onece

also i would be interested if multi bluetooth is still built into them.

i know this channel ist just for unboxing and everything, but the immage you get from those headphones watching this video isn’t fair to the headphones in my oppinion.

i can reccommend MKBDHs Video because he talks about the pros and cons bcs. this new version is a huuge deal for many people.

sorry for criticizing, usually i love your videos as allready said and i really thank you and your team for that, but in this case you could have done pretty easy an fairly better job.

I still have my XM3s for almost 3 yrs now and I love them 🙂 I’m sure ppl in the comments already said this but for the quick ambient mode you gotta touch the earcup not just have your hand close to the earcup like you’re trying to use “the force” like some Jedi/Sith haha I’ll stick with my XM3s as I have no use for any upgrade yet.

Have they fixed wind + call issue which the xm3 and xm4 have? Noise cancel works well but as soon as a call is started the mics amplifies the wind noise which was compleately non existant before the call…and the call recipient CAN NOT hear that wind….only me…on my side. Is a dealbreaker for me if I hade to buy new headphones today…but i have my xm3 so I have to deal with that shit.

I’ve got the XM3 and I love them BUT the touch controls are garbage. I wish that this headset just had a nipple and they would have been perfect.
Also the sony software is quite shit as well, but who cares about having alexa on your headset

2 different processors is better than 1 improved one because it means that each ear cup gets a designated processor. This might give faster response times alongside better isolation due to each ear cup being guaranteed to be independently noise isolated.

Too many people opposed to leather, and the fake stuff has been getting pretty good whilst being cheaper. Mind, in this price range it’s reasonable to expect leather though, but there are a lot of people opposed to it regardless. Sony is very much in the general consumer space, not a more niche company, so it’s not surprising that they’re playing it safe by going with the ‘no animal products’ option.

People with friends use airpod max. Sony don’t work for calls. Unbelievable bad call quality.
