Dubbing it “caveman cable” is laughable when talking about audio because Bluetooth can’t even handle anything higher than FLAC. Meaning you’re drastically limiting the quality of these headphones especially listing on a DAP running tidal.

I think one thing that your headphone reviews could use is to do with build quality and how prone the headphones are to creaking when you move your head/jaw or transferring sounds through the material. That is one thing the airpods max have over the xm4s… but I haven’t gotten to try the xm5s

All i want know is are xm5 more comortable than xm3 i cant wear xm3 more than 1hour and my head and ear area starta hurting from the pressure.😖 i had bose qc25 wired headphones and those were amazing many times i have forgotten i have those on 😅

I love how he didn’t know how to use them and yet he kept bashing different aspects of them lol.

Linus, you have to double tap to pause. You also have to actually have your palm touching the side of the headphones to enter ambient mode if I am not mistaken. I have been using an older pair of sony noise cancelling headphones for about 4 years and the controls seem to be the same.

I gave this a try during my last holidays. They stood two 11 hour flights and four crowded trains, either connected to the entertainment system, listening to music or just blocking the ambient noise. And they were comfortable enough to nap wearing them. 100% satisfied.

Funny. Using that “caveman” cable is the only way to get an acceptable frame delay when gaming with these headphones.
But Linus doesn’t really game so he does not know.

anyone who fly’s A LOT appreciates the headphone jack so you can use these for the infotainment systems on planes. Also isn’t it YOU that is always complaining of laptops, and phones removing the 3.5mm jack? yes MOST of the time there is wireless options, but its funny to see you cast shade on it here when you don’t elsewhere. MAKE UP YOUR MIND LINUS!!!!!!!
