Not used to Linus being arrogant and ignorant. Disliked. At the price point these are the greatest headphones for a commute. Note I didn’t say greatest overall. But for their use case they can’t really be beaten. Bowers and Wilkins and Focal Bathys may argue, but I said for a commute which means good ANC become vital.

Don’t buy them… the headbands break in under 12 months and Sony won’t replace their poor engineering , instead they expect you to pay another 60% on the original purchase price to get an ‘upgrade’ .
Not to mention the other issues like, sound and mic dropping out mid call.. unit turns off even though fully charged… changing settings randomly and can only change it back on the app… go elsewhere.. Sony has created a really expensive disposable item

I wouldn’t make too much fun of the 3.5mm jack cable, I use it with a double jack adapter on planes so it is a handy feature.

Not water resistant, Not to be worn in a sweaty environment. So they work well in a parents basement,
I’ve had these for a year. If you sweat, the pads degrade and the quality fails.
I didn’t get a free headphone, so I love to be honest.
