Is only mine smelled toxically bad? Is this smell disappears?
Jesus christ this might be the most annoying video ever made.
Linus is still rocking lockdown hair? 😀
At this rate the next dbrand package is just going to be anthrax
I’ve had multiple Bose headphones, I mostly like the on-ear style. And most recently had the Beats Solo Pro I though were really good. They broke and are discontinued and everybody raved about the XM4 and 5 so I tried them both and they’re absolutely horrific! I can’t for the life of me understand why they’re so popular, the bass is absolute mush and it was so rumbly and with zero punch and precision, the XM5 was just as bad. The midrange was too low and muddy and the treble was very muted and with no clarity. Where the Solo Pro were very tight with for example Tool and A perfect Circle with very detailed and high clarity the Sonys sounded like I stood outside a club with only muddy bass coming through with very little else.
I tried two pairs of each and they were much the same, I can’t imagine something was wrong with 4 pairs so what gives?
It’s such a shame for iPhone users that they can’t fully reveal the sound of Sony headphones
Be completely honest, is the xm5 that much of an upgrade from the xm3
Honestly after seeing reviews, it’s not that much better
He did not even calibrate the noise cancelling …
This just made me legit purchase a dbrand skin for my S22 ultra
Has anyone used this for PC gaming? Not for hardcore gaming but I want just a good pair I can use on the go and at home for PC, don’t need a mic as have a yeti.
Any feedback would be awesome!
Just dont make a video about a product you dont want to make a Video about.. very bad quality of an Review here
Cool, I couldn’t see the tutorial myself on the app but glad it’s also shown on here.
Was disappointed Dbrand didn’t sneak a live one in at the bottom.
Sony WH-1000XM5 although light and eco friendly, it look so cheap in terms of build quality, and it might add up some cool technologies they took away some good tech like NFC 🙁
its a fake leather its vegan leather!!!
Wow… What an amazing waste of 13 minutes.
You who go straight to the comment section, save yourself and skip this vid. Look for other review vids of the same product. This one don’t help
that exact reason of it constantly pausing and taking forever to resume is why I disabled speak to chat. got really annoying quick. other than that it’s still amazing tech.
Yeah, it’s challenging to compare IEMs to over-ear headphones at any time, particularly since Sennheiser finally fixed some of the glaring flaws in the tuning of their IExxx line of IEMs. Pair immensely comfortable and compact shells with a competent driver and more conventional tuning and you get a good outcome. Sony is really playing to their normie base with their tuning, because they know their target demographic’s preferences. It’s a premium variant on a Beats headphone with a lot of good features and enough built-in EQ options to remediate most of the tuning qualms. Obviously they’re still not audiophile headphones, and that’s fine. There are plenty of other manufacturers that make “audiophile” headphones, even a handful that make bluetooth versions. Audio is a really subjective thing, so try to find a store that has enough of a selection so you can demo the ones you’re interested in. Bowers and Wilkins has the PX7, Sennheiser has the Momentum 3 Wireless, etc. Just remember that money rapidly becomes no object in the face of chasing diminishing returns in the audiophile space, so be prepared for some severe sticker-shock if you tread too deeply in the search of audiophile nirvana.
Does anyone know if these still have that stupid “Bluetooth device 1/2 connected” voice prompt that the XM4s have that takes forever?
