Damn, those are incredibly beautiful. I have the XM3’s and they still hold up hella well. When I switch, I’m definitely going with Sony again.

On my WH-1000XM4’s, that Speak-to-Chat feature has gotten turned on without me changing the setting on two different occasions. The first time I didn’t even know what setting it was so I turned off all of the settings and then only turned on the ones I knew of, only figured out what it was after the second time it happened. Honestly, really not a fan of that feature in particular, even if they’re the only noise-cancelling headphones that don’t give me migraines.

ive had a pair of the whx1000 m3 for three years and im using them CONSTANTLY I NEVER leave the house with them. and i use them at home all day long. im never without these headphones.

they casing and pads are beat to hell but they still sound amazing

theyre so good that when they finally fail im just gonna the same exact model

theres no reason to upgrade unless this model has no more new stock available for a decent price

You really need to stop doing reviews Linus. You sounded very glum and despondent which is depressing to listen to and you can’t seem to read instructions properly. You missed features and used the wrong gestures on the ones you did try. In the end this was a piss poor excuse of a video that did not give anyone any useful information on the product and I feel you didn’t give these headphones a fair and unbiased chance. You have come out multiple times in the past calling out companies for shoddy products, practices or services and now I’m calling you out. You failed to live up to a standard that you have preached to many others in the past and quite simply put, you’re better than this.

Just from the looks, this is already better than XM4. XM3 -> XM4 didn’t change the look. I have my XM3 EQ-ed on my music player (Using parametric EQ) and they are pretty good. It’s is very bassy out of the box.
