So xm5 does some exercises lost some weight build some muscles so that they can not be fold like earlier one these are egoistic and they don’t want to be easily traveled !!

13:08 this. why even heavy headphones? for travel, I’d like something light, small, cheap. Over the ear headphones more suitable now for indoor use, but then why need fancy NC and less need for Bluetooth

I love the aux out and the included cord in my XM3’s. I know you guys kind of tease it a bit, but recently it was really nice to use them for an inflight movie on an airplane when I don’t have to use the super shitty complementary earbuds. The XM3’s also only Bluetooth connect to one device (Huge upgrade in the XM4s and 5s) at a time so at work I have my set Bluetooth paired to my phone and then when I need to hop on a zoom call I just plug in the aux cable.

For the most part I still enjoy these short circuit videos, but I think they might have strayed too far from “not a review but a concise and accurate overview of what a product can do”, to “not a review so I can just give a rushed first impression with minimal prior knowledge”.

Hi all OG & M4 user here,

Software issue has been here for awhile, the ANC is more aggressive on the OG than the M4.
Especialy the voice cancelling, M4 could still hear ppl talking around while the OG verison has reduced the surrounding voice.
The ambient on the M4 is quite unclear and weird as well, and OG sound way better! I hope Sony really update the software and fix the problem.

I assume the controls are double tap to pause/play, and to activate ambient mode, you actually need to touch the cup not just hold your hand in the vicinity – as is is with other Sony headphones.

I use the XM4’s in wired mode for gaming on my PC since the bluetooth is so delayed, does anyone know if the XM5’s bluetooth latency has improved at all? Wish they tested this in the video
