I have an Xm4. The audio is amazing, but the app is clunky, you can’t save presets or settings like having the option to permanently turn off the ANC. Ive had it for 2 years now and I do not regret them!

As an owner wx-blabla4 I feel like Linus should have prepared himself better from how to properly handle the headphones. He was just guessing how they should react to his touches and well, he was guessing wrong.

I’ve been using the XM4’s for about a year for work calls and music etc. Absolutely love them but still no mute on the headphones?

you have to actually touch the side with your palm for it to switch to quick ambient mode…. just like the older models

Had the XM4s I had break at the hinge and it wasn’t covered by warranty. Only had it 9 months. I also had really nasty squealing in one ear due to condensation on the drivers. I loved them while the lasted I hope the new hinges don’t break like the XM4s
