i would still get a VR2 over Quest 2 because it is the more exciting device to me. the features like haptics and triggers, eye tracking, are more cool and interesting.
its so weird that he plays every other game for psvr 2 but doesnt play resident evil village even though its free to play either its a demo or he already has the game
Hey, that’s the arcade cabinet – looks dope!
The subtle dig at DK oldies LMAO well played
Did you get mura? When I look at the sky in horizon for instance and move my head, there’s this grain filter, it’s very distracting!
Ape Escape – Time Station, great choice for ambience and relevance to PS history.
Oh the memories….
So glad I got the headset, but my only disappointment is that I can’t get as immersed into Vr like I used to.
I thought the sharp res of the psvr2 would help but I can’t “trick” my brain into believing I’m there anymore.
I used to be able to jump into Vader immortal on a quest 1 and seriously get lost and believe I was there.
Psvr 2 still worth every penny though. Just itching for beatsaber again
If you have to clarify that it’s not sponsored… Then it’s sponsored.
Why not play some other exclusives on the PSVR2 like RE8 and GT7
I guess you were to chicken to play Resident Evil 8 the village. There is also Pavlov and GT7 out. RE 8 is a fantastic game and if you haven’t played you’ve missed out but I think you haven’t even gotten your VR legs yet and you couldn’t handle the scare of RE 8.
I came around the PS VR too, then I changed my opinion on it afterwards
Also, grown ass people still calling the meta quest, the oculus quest, is proof that they’re as biased as one could be. Get with the program and refer to products by their actual names. I swear, gamers are so weird.. No wonder outsiders look at yall like weirdos.
wait for the meta quest 3!
I found switching the movement in Horizon to your arm movements and head turning to walk. It was a lot more more fun that way. Also in Humanity you have to find the VR option or it puts you in the 2D version that isn’t in VR and you have the duel sense controller.
That background music sounds like a game called Ape Escape.
If they make more VR hybrid games like gt7 and Village it will absolutely be worth it
a very long time ago, totalbiscuit would play table top games using a virtual table top with friends. it was very bare bones and required a lot of add ons or extentions. there’s a VR version of it and it should be free open source software. but unlike a ‘game’ its one of those ‘platforms’ where you have to do a lot of stuff to get it barely functional, where the possibilities are endless, but at present you should be happy it even runs and gives you dice. I just wanted to point out that this is a thing that is real, exists, free etc. you might want to look into it. I’d imagine the use case is card games, chess, reversi and so on, but with the right extentions/add ons you can get it to be a dungeons and dragons play mat, or a yu gi oh play field, and so on.
Was that dk oldies site for the honey ad? XD
Resident Evil and GT7 are KILLER aps! Light Brigade, song in the Smoke and Pavlov as well are incredible.
Bruh, how did you not try out Gran Turismo 7 VR? That is the killer app for this headset. An actual AAA game at launch that uses the headset throughout most of the game modes. Big L to not even mention that game.
