This is why I use my Acreo Open buds. To anyone who has this problem, here’s the solution. The Acreo Openbuds are ear buds that go around your ear but don’t actually go IN your ear. You can have them on for hours at a time with no pain. Not to mention the cost is AMAZINGLY cheap and the battery life is basically the same as a Nokia phone

It’s not the cups it’s the damn AirPod 🤣. I am a big ass dude so the AirPods are small compared to my body. It doesn’t hurt me cause my ears are bigger
