Can anyone help…my hard of hearing dad has purchased these headphones and no matter what we do, we cannot get them to work or pick up the TV sound. They’re charged, batteries in correctly, cables installed correctly etc., but cannot get them to work…now I’ve read the place we bought them from, don’t take things like headphones back…can anyone offer any advice, or words of wisdom?

There should be a VERY BIG warning on the headphones box stating that they can be used only with older TV’s with analogue output or headphone jack. Nothing like that on my Samsung Series 8 😞 VERY VERY disappointing 😞
