You can still buy 20 dollars earphones from Apple though
Because….. this companies want you to keep buying more and not use 1 forever 💀
That’s why I use all my electronics so much that everything dies just within warranty. I got 2 new free watches and 1 new earbud so far within warranty because lithium ion will never meet my needs. Thank you EU regulations (totally not because I’m addicted)
4 hours if you factor in loosing them
Never Let them know youre next move: procces to buy fake AirPods*
This is why I only get AirPods as gifts. I don’t spend my own money on them lmao
i have the first gen airpods and they work perfectly fine after around 8 years
My Samsung thing cable headphones that had the rectangle mic assembly thing , they lasted too much
They fell out off my pocket at school and with a metal chair i destroyed part of the rubber cable, then i taped em to “fix” em, then the rubber detail from the connector just fell off, still had some plastic so we good, then one day they fell out and the headphone housing of one earbuds just halfed, the speaker wires were still attached so i continued using it, later i super glued it, then 2 years later, when the cable was almost fully yellow, they fell and one of the earbuds died. Other one still works tho 🫡
good thing i use them like once ever 3 months
Nope .. i’ve had my 1st gen for almost 5 yrs counting this year .. and it still lasts me around 4 hours .. in fact am wearing them right now after 2 hours of listening to music 😅✌🏻
I have the first Airpods (also the Pro and Max). I got them I think in the middle of 2018, they had about 2 years of almost daily use and right now the battery lasts about half an hour. I use them only in the morning at the breakfast, they lay in the kitchen just for that. It is enough, just too sad to throw them away.
I’m still happy with my galaxy buds plus, used to get 11 hours of work time (as advertised) and now I get like 9-10 even 11 so it’s fine
I shifted to wired IEMs years ago. Best decision as far as how my judgement go
Buy sustainable products, some bluetooth over the ear headphones can have their batteries replaced
Peace of shit I’m never gonna get a pair
…just replace the freaking battery in them and they will last you for another 2-3 years. the old non bluetooth earphones had no battery just a wire connected to something that displays auto, it costs like 5 bucks to build them and they last along time since theres no battery. Also literally speaking unless you have noise cancelling earphones they are easy asf to make, noise cancelling earphones make a destructive wavelength so it counters the sound from outside therefore you can’t hear it(constructive and destructive waves, it’s in physics under waves and radiation if you want to know more, point is that it’s not that complex your just getting ripped off at this point)
Meh on shape of them tho
I’ve had my first gen AirPod pros for nearly three years and the only difference I can tell is in how loud they get. That could also be due to having aftermarket tips on them since the original ones broke over a year ago. The battery life is still fairly decent.
Yesss my favourite youtuber/influencer❤❤❤
My AirPods Pro (version 1) lasted an average of 10 weeks before they started to crackle, which Apple acknowledged and had a replacement program for. I had them replaced under warranty 6 times for one then 7 times for the other, all within the 90 window after each replacement. The last time they lasted for 14 weeks and Apple refused to replace them again because it was just outside the repair window. The version 2 design supposedly fixed the issue by replacing the grate on the side with just an IR sensor for in-ear detection, but I can’t justify spending that much to experiment again.
