Got mine in 2019. 80.000+ listening hours on Spotify a year and the battery nearly needs a daily charge but still works fine.

Every new iPhone I have had, I’ve passed on the headphones to someone else. Tried a pair of AirPods, and I found that again, Apple put ZERO thought into the near 80% of people that don’t fir into what they consider “Normal”. Narrower than average ear canals, so by extension the cartilage around the canal is smaller, so EVERY version of their damn ear reamers have been exceedingly uncomfortable, and fall out within 30 seconds of placement.

Yeah this couldn’t be more true. Had my airpods for a good 3 or 4 years. Just the other day I let it completely die like no juice left or anything. I try to charge it now and the light doesn’t even turn on anymore. Plus I lost one of the pods so guess it was finally time to let them ago. Now I have resorted back my wired ones that I’ve had for a decade and they sound almost exactly like the airpods lmao if not better

My old airpod lasts half an hour now lol. Yes airpod not AirPods my dog ate one. Which might have aomehow reduced battery life but I’m not sure.

I’ve been having the 1st gen air pods for 3 years and they still work like the first day I got them and I’ve been using them everyday at work and every night for asmr and the battery is still solid.
