For me personally all it needs is eye tracking. Maybe they could make a pro unit with these extra features added. Other than that I might purchase this when the time comes over an index (would still get bay stations, and controllers)

I love PCVR so much. Never had a PCVR headset though. Had to use oculus link. If I had the money to drop, I would get it. Im still just a regular and not really an enthusiast. One day, I hope to be the one making these new headsets, and pushing the vr industry further than ever before. I will never stop loving PCVR, and VR in general.

This seems like an amazing revelation in the VR world, but the cost and the fact that I don’t have a pc is going to eliminate the chances of me, and many others, buying it. You can’t even get a used one. Would love to see 10-20 years in the future a completely wireless, smaller, cheaper version of this.

This is sick. I’d buy it but It wouldn’t really matter for where I’m going. I haven’t been on vr inaf since my index loves to not track. I really love this headset tho. Pretty expensive but sick

I’ve been waiting for something like this for sooooo long. I really hope someone makes something like this with inside out tracking, bc I travel a lot and its really the only reason I still have my quest 2.

My only fear is that this headset won’t sell well as it seems more like an upgrade path for a small set of users. Pcvr is already a niche community of total vr users and those already own steamvr base stations and controllers are even smaller (vive and index users?). Still very impressive technology on display here, and hoping for their success in the future!

It is so good to know that there’s actually people focusing specifically on PCVR. When you get it, can you tell us if it can use the same base stations used for FBT? By that, I mean can FBT and the headset share base stations.

And sleeping can finally be comfortable!
