My dongle just stopped working one day after being plugged up in the back. It was only back there for like a day tho because I was gaming and needed to charge my controller while doing so. I moved the dongle to the back and everything was fine until the next day I turned my system on and noticed the dongle wasn’t flashing nor were the headphones connecting. Anyone can tell me what happened? Mind you I only had the headset a month now.

If you get a 3 ft USB3 extension cord you can plug it in the back and just set the dongle out in the open without overheating.

Dongles should stick out by at least 1foot and be florescent yellow so they easy to to see and avoid accidently knocking them

I bought a PS5 headset to go with my PS5, not realizing my PS4 Sony headset 2.0 works too, but is sooo much better and they only cost £50

Actually, I noticed that on my first time reaching to disonnect my dongle after a game session, since then, I moved it to the front. It got way too hot
