i will always make sure to plug the dongle to the front not to the back cuz the audio quality can be degraded for me.

You can plug it in the front or just use an extended USB connector, either a normal one what I would prefer or the 3.0, 3.0 you can plug into the back since the 3.0 is in the back anyways, im using the 3.0 in the back for my PS4 game storage and another USB connector.

What I’ve noticed too is, that even if you use a extended USB connector, you can load your controller but after a minute or so, it stops loading the battery of the controller, I dunno why but the best way to load your controller is the front connection or use a loading station.
