This has happening to my extended hd 🙁 due to overheating which it never did on my ps4 which is wild to me
Can you use the pulse dongle to connect dualsense controller to a Nintendo switch or do you need a different blutooth adapter altogether?
my steering wheel cant reach the back of my ps5 so when using it, I put the headset dongle in the back. is it still safe to do this?
I’m just hook use my Headset that I use on my PC and hook it up to the Headphone Jack on the Front of the Controller…..
Alright, after watching 3 of this guy’s videos I have concluded 1 thing….
I have NO F*CKING clue what he’s saying at his outro…
I’m having this issue but my dongle is plugged in the front. Sometimes I’m playing a game and my audio begins to cut in and out. I sit only about 5 feet away from my ps5. I’ve had this issue with both the astro a20, which I returned and traded for the Sony pulse which I am now having the same issue with. Should I try switching to the back ports? I’ve also thought maybe something is causing some type of interference.
I don’t know why Sony can’t include proper hardware inside the PS5 for wireless headsets. Surely a dongle is just a cheap workaround.
Just get a $5 usb A to female A extension cable problem solved
They put those two back there for a reason. I have 2 pulse headsets and I like the clean look on the front without a dongle. The key is for this issue is ventilation- my PS5 has a a lot of room behind it to let those vents breathe.
Actually, you can still use the usb in the back by using a usb extension cable so that the heat issue won’t affect the dongle.
i decided to use an extension so that there no bulky usb plug directly in the ps5 but instead routed away to a safer more accessible area
Your problem is not using steelseries.
I don’t have a ps5 but I got the pulse 3d headphones with my ps4 and I didn’t even know there was a USB port in the back of the console 💀

Dam will admit i liked it in the back and switched it to the front after ny ps5 started have a dust problem lol
So I accidentally washed my dongle in the washer. To my surprise it still works.
ive been using the front ever since i got my ps5, because i need it to be easily accessible for when i switch between pc and ps5, since i use the same headset for both, instead of having to reach behind.
POV: you use a ps4 headset for your ps5 💪💪
It gets very hot in the front also
The PS5’s exhaust shits all over the HDMI port also. I have a fan on mine since launch. Planned obsolescence?
