I had audio issues with the pulse dongle in the back and dislike it in the front (looks like the ps5 has a nose) so I just got a little usb extender with a weighted base and it works like a charm and looks good

You can also use a usb extention cable if you don’y want it in the front. A good usb cable is insulated so it will not draw as much heat from the vents to the dongle as it would wih the dongle near the vents.

I think I have a malfunctioning heat sensor. I’ll get the ps5 is too hot warning, but it’s not blowing hot air and its cool to the touch. It’s even on top of my desk with the nearest object/wall about 19 inches away.

I have used the front since the beginning, but I plug the type c charging cable at the back, will it cause damage to the charging cable ?

My biggest problem with the ps plus headset is almost right off the bat the chip inside the dongle broke through the other side and broke the casing. I now have to shove the dongle in with the actual electrical chip and it’s super bright without the casing. Also the material that holds one of the ear pieces together is coming undone and the foam is slipping out. I’ve only had it for a year and have to recommend the other brands over the pulse.

I use a female to male USB extender cable to have the dongle outside of my entertainment cabinet, and plugging the cable into the back of the console.

I wish this little USB “dongle?” aka the USB Bluetooth adapter thing existed for PS4 controllers so that I could play PS5 games with a PS4 controller and also PC (without Bluetooth) with a PS4 controller. Do these USB adapters exist for PS4 controllers?
