The Pulse 3D headset is very uncomfortable for me. Was able to return it and got a Bose quiet comfort ii and a UGreen usb dongle. Works great and very comfortable. Can game for hours.

I’ve been using the PS dongle on the front of my PS5 since launch day and had no issues lol whoever puts it in the back of their PS5 doesn’t have logical sense in their brains! 🙄🧐

Another solution is to get a usb extension cable, that way the dongle isn’t near the exhaust.

I had this problem and almost nothing I tried worked. It was an intermittent issue. I figured there was an interference issue coming from somewhere so I finally decided to plug my headset directly to my controller and it works with no problems.

My problem now is that I had an external hard drive plugged into the back of my console and somehow during the process of plugging it in and out my usb port was destroyed. Any recommendations on how I can replace this port or fix it?

I plug the usb for my Logitech G Pro X into the front but there was a short period where I had it in the back for a bit. But lately it has been constantly disconnecting (while in the front) and needs to be pulled out and plugged back in. Very frustrating…

I just have a USB 3.0 hub that I plug into the USB type C port. I just plug my headset dongle into that along with other stuff. My back USB ports are for my SSD external hard drive for PS4 games. I would post a link but YouTube deletes it everytime. But here is what it is called….

I’ve not been impressed at all with the PS5’s build quality. Me and friends had constant problems and you can tell its definetly alot more cheaply made than its competitor.
