I hate my Dyson vacuum it’s heavy, bulky, hard to empty and it doesn’t work well. Worst of all it was expensive and multiple attempts to get thru to their customer service with no response. I send emails filled out numerous forms just to get a reply register for another form. Very frustrating!!!! Do they not employ anyone to answer a phone ? It’s all voice jail. This isn’t a cheap product. I wouldn’t buy anything from them. Please save your money.
