Would be a lot better if they marketed it as an OSHA compliant facemask primarily. That way, people can use them for work. You already have a market for that. After that, when people trust the product, then make a personal version.

Here’s an idea. Take all the money you’re spending on developing a personal filter and instead spend it on lawsuits that will stop corporations from polluting the air in the first place. Don’t attack the symptom, attack the disease.

Dyson, can you please please take a look at your failing customer support in Switzerland! It’s impossible to have a service support! People are furious and crying on their FB page because they paid money and don’t have product! waiting for my exchange almost 3 months and just get empty air promises. Have a look at the dyson Switzerland fb page! Dyson support is seriously damaging your reputation in that country! I’m sorry to say but no more dyson for me ever again and I will make sure to spread my word about the lack of the service so no one has to suffer from similar disrespectful customer experience with dyson. Sincerely, your enormously disappointed ex-cliënt.
