I’ve had the QC35 for a couple og years and love them. Unfortunately my 3-year old decided to “wash” them, so im in the marked for new ones. Looks like it will be another pair of QCs. I like that they dont have ear detection, and that they have physical buttons. I considered Apple airpod max, but Im staying away from apple out of principle, I don’t want to get caught in their web.. I mean “eco-system”

I owned 3 pairs of the 700 models. Why 3 pairs? Because I had the same issue with every single pair. After only a few months, they just disconnect from any device I connect them to and as they disconnect they make a VERY loud buzzing sound. The last pair lasted me about 6 months and I take extremely good care of my stuff. No one touches these headphones but me and only about once a week. I believe myself to be very tech savvy so I’m not the issue here. I have been using bose products for about 20 years and have never had such a horrible product from them. Is every single item they make good? No. But for $400 I expected perfection, or at least damn near that.

I did have a great outcome, however. When calling Bose to get a 4th pair, I instead asked if I can get the QC 45. To my delight, they agreed to do so. Will be receiving them soon, and I hope I am done with the faulty bose products. But with the QC 45s, I think I’ll be fine.

I will not buy it, it has the same previous power switch, which by time will turn on even if the switch is on the OFF side, this issue happened to me 2 times after Bose replaced my item but in the second time they didn’t because it’s out of warranty! Big fail for Bose

I’ve own both QC35, QC 35 II and currently the Sony XM4. I switched to Sony as it was supposed to have better NC than Bose, which it did compared to the QC 35 II. However, the Sony headphones are a pain in the A. Call quality is crap (people tell me they cant hear me properly so cant use them), they constantly drop the bluetooth connection to my devices (never had an issue with Bose), they announce it’s connections and disconnections constantly and most annoying of all the sensor pad somehow activates voice calling on iphones calling random people even though it’s not enabled. This is apparently a known bug and the only way to stop it is deactivating the entire sensor pad on the Sony headphones – what a joke (give me the Bose manual controls anytime!!).
Long story short…..going back to Bose!!
